Founder & Creative Director

Dasha Isaiah is a passionate beauty professional, salon owner, and educator with more than 20 years of experience transforming hair and empowering others through education. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to helping clients embrace their beauty and confidence while inspiring fellow stylists to elevate their craft.

Known for her expertise in creating stunning color transformations, Dasha believes that healthy hair is the foundation of every beautiful result. Her approach blends artistry, science, and intention, allowing her to create customized color experiences that celebrate the unique beauty of every hair pattern.

When she’s away from the salon, Dasha enjoys making memories with her family, exploring new destinations, and discovering new recipes in the kitchen. She believes that the same creativity, curiosity, and connection that enrich life also fuel success behind the chair.

Through her work as an educator, Dasha’s mission is to inspire stylists to dream bigger, learn continuously, and recognize the incredible impact they have on the lives of the people they serve.

Danis Kelly

DLuxe Master Artist

Danis Kelly is a licensed cosmetologist and educator trained at the prestigious Mario Tricoci University of Beauty Culture in Chicago. She is known for her signature color work, refined attention to detail, and deep commitment to maintaining the health and integrity of the hair.

With experience spanning both salon and creative environments, Danis brings a thoughtful, customized approach to every appointment. Her goal is for each guest to leave feeling confident, cared for, and wearing a look that feels uniquely their own.

In addition to her work behind the chair, Danis holds an Illinois Cosmetology Educator License and serves as a Matrix Regional Educator in Ohio, where she mentors and supports beauty professionals through advanced education. Whether you’re visiting her for a refresh or a transformation, you can expect a polished, intentional, and elevated salon experience.
